What services do you offer properties?
We provide properties with services that help onsite teams save time and money. We plan and execute onsite events, like happy hours, pet meetups, pool parties, and massage chair sessions. We also offer cooking classes and fitness classes. Amenify does all the work — you simply promote the event to your residents with the marketing materials we provide you.
Do you do concessions?
Yes, we do! You can purchase affordable, customizable packages (like 20 dog walks, 3 cleanings, 6 personal training sessions, and 5 massages) or provide credits directly to your residents’ Amenify accounts.
Are you integrated with our systems?
Yes, we are integrated with Yardi, RealPage, and OneSite.
Do you provide me with information on my resident’s engagement with the product?
You bet. We provide you with resident spending breakdown so you can get actionable insights about your residents’ spending habits. We also show you insights on property performance (like total activated residents, number of bookings, percentage of recurring bookings, etc.) so you can manage your assets more proactively and confidently.
