Q4 2025 was transformative for Amenify. As our platform expanded across Cleaning, Handyman, Acommerce, Food & Grocery, Dog Walking, and Moving Services, we faced a critical question: how do you scale operations without creating chaos?

Our invention pertains to an advanced method and system designed to calculate the actual cleaning price of a room by evaluating its level of messiness. By employing machine learning algorithms to analyze photos of a room, we are able to determine a messiness quotient, which is then used to accurately estimate cleaning costs. This objective approach ensures efficiency and fairness in cleaning service pricing.
