Did you know that Amenify has partnered with local companies to provide its professional apartment cleaning services in San Francisco? The housekeeping teams work at local companies that know the city and often clean offices and single-family homes in addition to apartments.
Amenify typically offers three different options for cleaning services:
Standard cleaning services: surfaces everywhere with a focus on high-traffic areas of the kitchen and bathroom/s.
Deep cleaning services: more items, more scrubbing, and for higher-traffic apartments or that once-in-a-while clean.
Move out cleaning services: most detailed service, built to match the lease-end checklists from property management.
With each service, the cleaning teams follow a checklist of items to ensure that they complete all the expected areas.
We already offer affordable cleaning services to dozens of communities in the San Francisco area, and we are expanding the team to support even more communities over the next several months. Amenify provides services to residents at all types of apartment communities. While we focus on those that are large enough to have onsite staff in order to facilitate our ability to access units and deliver our services, we work with both urban and suburban apartment communities. This means that we are able to offer our services to residents at high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style apartment communities in the urban core of Nashville, as well as to communities in smaller cities and suburban towns.

When we start offering services in a state, we typically start in the biggest city before expanding to serve other areas. We may expand our services based on how long we have been in an area and the locations of communities that are interested in collaborating with us.

The number of communities we serve changes and grows regularly! When we start offering our services in an area, we like to be serving between 10 and 20 communities or continuing services with one of our national real estate partners.

No. In San Francisco, we offer two services: cleaning and chores. In other markets, we may also provide meal delivery, dog walking, or car washing and, over time, may look at expanding those services to San Francisco!
