Amenify is encouraged to announce a new oversubscribed capital raise, led by UnitLeader with participation from existing and new investors, including Epic Capital. This funding will be used to scale our platform and support our growing Resident base, AI toolkits, and advance our mission to transform the home into a commerce engine, powered by technology and trusted partnerships.

Amenify has accomplished several exciting milestones in 2025, including:

  • Increased active users by 7x in the last 8 months

  • Added 500,000 merchants to our platform

How It Works

Amenify partners with resident platforms and property managers to benefit all players in the ecosystem:

  1. Property Managers can engage and retain residents with gifts, save money on leasing incentives, and provide concierge support at scale. This is now available in one app using Amenify’s API for enterprise platforms (e.g., Entrata, Realpage, or the PMS used by the property manager).

  2. Residents benefit from improved trust, support, and value. Residents save hundreds of dollars per year towards 500,000+ merchants, including McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, Safeway, HEB, and more, plus Amenify’s vetted and tracked service providers using our Service Provider application to reduce costs for marketing and compliance, and increase daily efficiency >30%. Amenify Pros include housekeepers, handymen, chore teams, pet care pros, and more.

  3. Third-Party Businesses and Merchants form long-term relationships with local residents using Amenify’s proprietary tools, data, and access, uniquely integrated into the resident's lifestyle (e.g., “thanks for moving in / paying rent / renewing your lease”). This AI-powered personalization provides a win-win conversion.
