2-Minute Overview
1. We onboard Pros, Restaurants & Grocery Stores, and a Support Team and build custom apps/materials for each community.
2. We give $400 per year to every Resident, including a $100 welcome gift through our integrated mobile app. Onsite Managers received materials.
3. Operator charges a small bundle fee to each Resident to cover costs and drive ancillary, only paying for costs once they are earning money.

No. Amenify is a technology platform where qualified and vetted Provider Companies (e.g., West Coast Cleaners, LLC) are subcontracted for communities on behalf of our clients. Amenify ensures that all Provider Companies are compliant, insured, and trained for each community. We evaluate these Provider Companies on numerous factors as listed below.

Amenify uses various methods to identify, onboard, and maintain high-quality service providers. We use our Resident Demand to find the best contractors/companies (top 10%), and then help them make more money each day to drive our above-average retention. When vetting Service Providers, we look at:

No, the Owner/Operator is removed from any liability per the Amenify Terms of Service, which is required before creating an account and purchasing a service. Sections 16 and 17 are shown below regarding Indemnification and Limitation of Liability.

The Resident is purchasing services from Amenify. Accordingly, Amenify includes an indemnification clause in our Master Subscription Agreement with Property Managers/Owners that indemnifies property owners and managers, along with their affiliates and employees, from claims related to, or arising out of, the use of Amenify’s managed network of service providers. Amenify Insurance and Umbrella Coverage Agreement
Yes, Amenify carries additional insurance (below) plus the insurance carried directly by our Service Providers. During the term of the Agreement and for two years thereafter, Amenify maintains insurance with a minimum AVII rating, in addition to the coverage required from our Service Providers. Endorsements include Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, plus Primary and non-contributory. IMA Select LLC manages Amenify’s policy.
