Amenify’s updated Provider Platform

Amenify’s focus is on driving success for both sides of our platform: Residents (Demand) and Providers (Supply).  To help the thousands of service providers that leverage the Amenify platform, we have been investing in three areas:

1. Field Provider Extended profiles and tips

2. Scalable Field Tools and Apps

3. Real-time Support

For all the Service Providers on the Amenify platform, we have rolled out:

1. Service pros or Field providers extended profiles and Tips -- important for quality control, creating trust with our residents, and rewarding good work. These extended profiles come with background information about the field provider, photos, uniforms, and ratings. Residents can reward good work with Tips and which is also augmented by Amenify giving out nice bonuses for top performers every month.

2. Scalable, and improved Provider tools -- as detailed here in our Engineering and Product overview and part of our new Service Pro app (Android/iOS/web app) and uplifted Provider platform (web app):

1. Appointment management and guided completion checklists and workflows for transparency

2. Service pro-management and time off

3. Performance management (metrics and feedback)

4. Training videos and information

5. Tips management

6. Building access management

7. Geolocation tracking for ETA management and parking assistance

8. Route management (automated and manual dispatch) for maximum marketplace efficiency

9. Extended quality checklists with photos to document issues for improved service quality

10. Communication support: chat with Residents 

11. Real-time chat and phone support with the Amenify concierge support team

3. Real-Time Support -- real-time support is now part of the Amenify experience, as Residents, Providers, and Property Managers can reach our support team through call, text, and in-app chat.
